The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall implementation of the organization's goals, including the full participation of all LGBTQ+ people in the life and leadership of the Church. This role involves overseeing staff selection and supervision, collaborating on program development, and leading efforts to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization. The Executive Director will play a key role in enabling the company to further its work in LGBTQIA+ inclusion and intersectional justice. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be prepared to engage in grassroots organizing, resource generation, education, and denomination-level change-making.
