Join us!The Enrollment Registration Specialist assists families in enrolling their children at Insight PA. This position is dedicated to ensuring newly enrolled students and families feel welcomed, prepared, and compliant on their first day at Insight PA.This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring the ability to work independently for approximately 40 hours per week. A professional, distraction-free home office during the workday is required. Core hours are between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, while allowing for some flexibility as determined by school needs.Residency Requirement: Resident of Pennsylvania; residents of other states will be considered on a case by case basis.Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hrEssential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.Reviews and approves compliance documentsAssists families with document completionCompletes enrollment and onboarding conferences with newly enrolled students and familiesEnsures families feel prepared to start at Insight by providing information and resources prior to the student's first day of schoolAssists with the yearly enrollment confirmation processCollaborates with appropriate education teams to ensure students are set up for success on their first day of schoolSends weekly new starts list to all staff notifying of new enrolleesActs as a point of contact for families prior to their first day of schoolFollows families through the entirety of the enrollment processAssists with events to promote Insight PA to perspective familiesAssists the Office Administrator with mailings, phone coverage, and physical office presence as neededAssists with records tasks as neededVisits onsite locations for additional family support, as neededPerforms additional tasks and responsibilities as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no regular supervisory responsibilities.Minimum Required Qualifications Associate Degree ANDFour (4) years of relevant work experience OREquivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum Required Skill Set Demonstrated organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.); Web proficiencyAbility to navigate multiple online systems and databasesExperience successfully using search engines (internet) for research projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel 10-20% of the timeAll clearances and background checks as required to work in a Pennsylvania public schoolPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of Special Education documentsPrior experience with enrollment at a charter schoolFluency in SpanishPowerSchool experienceCertificates and Licenses None requiredWork EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This is a hybrid position and will require some in-office work time, as well as some time working remotely. The noise level in the office is usually moderate (computers, printers, light foot traffic). It is estimated that approximately 75% of the time will be remote work.This position will include limited travel and will include limited overnight travel. This is estimated to be less than 20% of the time.
