This role involves handling daily air export operations, data entry, shipment tracking, and communication with customers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-volume data entryTrack and trace customer shipmentsCommunicate with customers and internal teams primarily via emailSupport daily export operations and meet required deadlinesCreate airway bills and organize shipment documentationProcess shipments in the internal system for export preparationCoordinate with gateway teams and supervisors as neededPreferred QualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong written communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and PDF handlingReliable with consistent attendanceThis position requires on-site work.
