This organization delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions across industries including aerospace, healthcare, automotive, and more. They are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support daily operational workflows, data accuracy, and shipment coordination in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain operational and shipment data across internal systemsManage high-volume email communication and shared inbox requests tied to daily operationsVerify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and resolving discrepanciesTrack and monitor shipment-related updates and ensure timely information flowOrganize and maintain digital records while ensuring accuracy and confidentialityPartner with internal teams to support efficient day-to-day logistics operationsRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, data entry, or coordination roleStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling high-volume workExcellent written communication skills, especially in email-based environmentsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Access and PowerPoint a plus)LogisticsThis is an onsite full-time role that requires availability to work Saturdays, with shifts scheduled within an 8am–5pm window and some flexibility based on business needs.$20–$22/hr depending on experienceLaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
