Overview In this Electrical Engineer role, you design and validate hardware systems from concept to production. You will work within a hardware-focused team to ensure robust analog, digital, and power performance. You will tackle system integration challenges, including EMI/EMC and grounding, and lead PCB bring-up and validation. Your work will influence product reliability and performance while mentoring junior engineers. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape hardware design and debugging across the full development cycle. ResponsibilitiesOversee the full PCB development cycle from specification to production releaseAnalyze and debug complex analog, digital, and power systemsLead system integration tasks including grounding, shielding, EMI/EMC mitigation, and power distribution strategiesPerform hardware bring-up and validate designs using lab equipmentCollaborate with firmware and microcontroller teams for low-level hardware/software interactionsMentor junior engineers and promote best practices in design and validation Key requirementsBS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent3+ years of industry experience in hardware developmentStrong fundamentals in electrical engineering with ability to debug complex systemsExperience with system integration, grounding, shielding, EMI/EMC mitigation, and power distributionProven experience in full PCB development lifecycle (specification, architecture, design, simulation, prototype, bring-up, testing, production release)Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, VNAs)Experience working with microcontrollers and firmware for system bring-up and low-level HW/SW interactionsAbility to drive and mentor junior engineersmentoringanalytical problem-solvingcross-functional collaborationPCB development lifecycleanalog, digital, and power systems analysisEMI/EMC mitigation and grounding/shielding
