The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise and experience designing reliable, cloud-based services. Candidates should also have experience using an AI tool to support software development, coding, testing, or engineering productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.Build scalable and resilient Microservices and REST APIs.Develop and deploy applications within AWS environments.Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams.Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.Follow software development best practices, including code quality, testing, and documentation.Use AI tools to improve development efficiency and engineering productivity.Requirements7+ years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Java.Strong experience with Spring Boot.Proven experience developing Microservices.Hands-on experience with AWS — Must Have.Experience developing REST APIs/backend services.Experience working in enterprise software development environments.Hands-on experience with at least one AI tool used for development or productivity.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.Equivalent practical experience may be considered.Nice to Have Skills & Experience10+ years of Java development experience.Experience with large-scale enterprise applications.Experience with cloud-native application development.Experience using AI-assisted coding/development tools.Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system design experience.
