You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA who's physically present and accessible, implement individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful skills with your clients in a space that's purpose-built for therapy.This role is perfect for RBTs who are tired of the grind of in-home work — the long drives, the isolation, the lack of peer support.
