RN IPC ClinicJob Category: Nurses (RN) Requisition Number: RNIPC002733 Full-Time On-site Hourly Range: $30 to $51.07 USD Hospital: Clarkston, WA 99403, USA DescriptionJob Summary: Ensures that quality nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the Washington State Nurse Practice Act, Tri-State Hospital and departmental nursing standards. Utilizing the nursing process, functions primarily in direct patient care and coordinating that care. Education and Training: Associate's degree or Bachelors in healthcare administration or equivalent college coursework preferred. Licensures/Certifications: Current Washington State RN license; Current American Heart Association ACLS and BLS/CPR certification card on hire or within orientation period. Experience: Two - five years of acute care experience Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills. Computer skills, including electronic medical records systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Use skills in nursing assessment to include peri-operative education and care. Recognizing post anesthesia and post-operative complications. Promotes positive teamwork with departmental staff, surgeons, physicians, anesthesia, and all departmental personnel. Participates in maintaining a safe patient care environment. Effective leadership skills and preceptor participation.
