Our client is looking for an Innovation ManagerThis is an ONSITE position in Dallas, TXOur client is seeking a Manager of Innovation to support the development and execution of insight-driven marketing initiatives that drive business growth. This role will focus on bringing new ideas to life through structured testing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end innovation process—from ideation and concept development through in-market testing and post-analysisIdentify and develop new ideas across key growth areas, including customer segments, pricing/value strategies, and usage occasionsPartner cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, Operations, and Analytics teams to execute initiatives effectivelyTrack and evaluate campaigns, pilots, and test programs to assess performance and impactAnalyze results to identify insights, optimization opportunities, and future innovation strategiesDevelop clear summaries of test outcomes, including recommendations for scaling or iterationExecute against a structured test-and-learn agenda to answer key business questions (e.g., pricing, bundling, product launches)Integrate innovation initiatives into the broader marketing calendarSupport the execution of pilot campaigns, including coordination across strategy, creative, and deploymentContribute to rapid-response initiatives tied to market trends, competitive activity, or cultural momentsStay informed on industry and consumer trends to support ongoing innovation effortsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, innovation, or related areasExperience in consumer-facing industries such as retail, restaurant, or CPG preferredExperience supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept through executionStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plansFamiliarity with test-and-learn methodologies, including A/B testingExperience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics)Exposure to CRM and digital marketing platformsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong organizational, project management, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceExposure to innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile Marketing)Background in agency, in-house brand marketing, or consulting environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForExecution-focused and detail-orientedCollaborative and adaptable across cross-functional teamsCurious, proactive, and solutions-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environmentStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityBenefitsCompetitive compensation and bonus structureComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysAdditional wellness and employee support programs
