With our end-to-end expertise spanning design to manufacturing of domain-optimized SOCs, we are uniquely positioned to deliver high-quality custom silicon in advanced nodes down to 3nm.Sr Product EngineerReporting to the Product Engineering Manager, the Product Engineer is responsible for developing a New Product Introduction (NPI) plan after reviewing all technical information/documentation from the customer to establish all necessary processes for manufacturing.Why Alphawave SEMICareer development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.Working with global cross-functional teams to ramp new semiconductor products to production.What You'll DoCreate and Execute New Products Introduction PlanDevelop and Execute a Qualification PlanCustomer SupportYield EnhancementCost Analysis.What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.5 years of experience at a company multitasking on NPI, Device qualification, failure analysis and yield enhancement.Project management skills should be project execution oriented (responsible for schedule, setting milestones, cost)Experience in fabrication processes, Automatic Test Equipment, data analytics and quality/reliability is a plusMultitasking (NPI, Product transfer overseas, qualification, failure analysis, yield enhancement)C, C++, Java or Python is desiredSalary and BenefitsYour contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $125,000 to $155,000 annually as It is influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency across roles.
