You’ll be:Supporting the organization’s C.A.R.E values in all recruitment activitiesReviewing resumes and identifying the best-fit candidatesConducting initial screening interviews and organizing onsite interviewsCoordinating participation in career fairs and sourcing potential candidatesDeveloping compelling job postings and creating offer letters for new hiresOrganizing new hire orientation, onboarding processes, and supporting future workforce planningEditing and creating job descriptions and collaborating on diverse HR projectsReporting to the Talent Acquisition HRBP Supervisor while working cross-functionally with leaders and teamsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have an Associate degree in human resources or a related field (preferred)Bring 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or human resources (required)Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities with easePossess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsDemonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and data managementExcel at problem-solving and critical thinking, with a customer-focused mindsetWhat happens nextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
