Passionately in pursuit of the perfect beer and never satisfied.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Run food to tables, ensuring the correct quality is present first, bus tables, provide needed items, and check on tables throughout serviceRun food window as expo and coordinate orders for other runners to run and deliver to tablesComplete normal and additional cleaning and sanitation as requiredAnswer customer questions as needed on food items, beers, retail or other. Know and understand the fundamentals of our beers and the brewing processLook for ways to improve the guest experience. Alert a manager if there are any problemsBe dressed properly, organized, and ready to clock in on timeAlways be positive and proactive with the guests and co-workers. Work as a team with other staff to ensure a smooth and successful working environment. Treat every guest as your own.
