Part-Time Server

Paid training is provided to ensure you succeed and thrive in your role! *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS * Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods * Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales * Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations * Assist with food preparation and beverage service in collaboration with kitchen staff when needed * Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction * Use reservation systems like Toast POS to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements * Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail ingredients to educate guests and recommend pairings *Qualifications* * Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus * 21 + * Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or similar platforms * Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities * Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail * Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs * Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry * Experience with beverage service including cocktails, wine knowledge, \\and drink presentation * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
