Field Supervisor

Job Description Armed Field SupervisorJob Summary: The Armed Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations across multiple sites, ensuring officers are performing their duties effectively, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to respond to incidents while supporting field personnel.Shift Availability:Hiring for all shifts (Day, Swing, and Graveyard) Must be flexible with schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededKey Responsibilities:Supervise and support security officers across assigned locations Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements Respond to incidents, emergencies, and calls for service Provide guidance, training, and corrective action to field personnel Ensure proper documentation of daily activities, incident reports, and inspections Act as liaison between management, clients, and security staff Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity Ensure all officers are properly uniformed, equipped, and performing duties professionallyQualifications:Must be at least 26 years of age Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for patrol and site visits) Valid Guard Card issued through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services Valid Exposed Firearm Permit Baton permit certification OC/Pepper Spray certification Current CPR/First Aid certification Previous security supervisory experience (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionallyPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Ability to drive between multiple locations during shift Capable of responding quickly in emergency situationsWork Environment:Combination of indoor and outdoor environments May involve travel between multiple job sites Exposure to varying weather conditions Fast-paced and potentially high-risk situationsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health benefits (if applicable) Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Company Description Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator (State Lic.
