Field Supervisor

Job Description Armed Field SupervisorJob Summary:The Armed Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations across multiple sites, ensuring officers are performing their duties effectively, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to respond to incidents while supporting field personnel.Shift Availability:Hiring for all shifts (Day, Swing, and Graveyard)Must be flexible with schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededKey Responsibilities:Supervise and support security officers across assigned locationsConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirementsRespond to incidents, emergencies, and calls for serviceProvide guidance, training, and corrective action to field personnelEnsure proper documentation of daily activities, incident reports, and inspectionsAct as liaison between management, clients, and security staffMaintain a visible presence to deter criminal activityEnsure all officers are properly uniformed, equipped, and performing duties professionallyQualifications:Must be at least 26 years of ageValid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for patrol and site visits)Valid Guard Card issued through the Bureau of Security and Investigative ServicesValid Exposed Firearm PermitBaton permit certificationOC/Pepper Spray certificationCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationPrevious security supervisory experience (preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionallyPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periodsAbility to drive between multiple locations during shiftCapable of responding quickly in emergency situationsWork Environment:Combination of indoor and outdoor environmentsMay involve travel between multiple job sitesExposure to varying weather conditionsFast-paced and potentially high-risk situationsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay (based on experience)Overtime opportunitiesHealth benefits (if applicable)Ongoing training and advancement opportunitiesCompany DescriptionAbsolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator (State Lic.
