This role involves operating production equipment to meet quality and output standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have previous machine operation experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications and schedulesMeasure and inspect finished product to ensure it meets tolerances and quality standardsPerform basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenanceMonitor equipment and make real-time adjustments to optimize performanceLoad raw materials and manage output, including safe handling of materialsFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all timesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAccurately document production data and shift reportsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersCompensation and Benefits:Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
