Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Accountant role based in the Ethiopia Dawero zone kechi woreda Area, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, analyzing financial data, preparing tax documentation, overseeing budgets, and supporting financial planning and reporting processes. Qualifications Expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and BookkeepingProficiency in Tax Preparation, Compliance, and BudgetingStrong Analytical Skills and Financial Data Analysis capabilitiesExperienced with Accounting Software and related tools, such as QuickBooks or ExcelAttention to Detail and Strong Organizational SkillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is requiredCPA certification or equivalent is a plusExperience in agricultural or farming industries is preferred but not mandatory
