We look for employees who are reliable, practice solid teamwork, utilize common sense and good judgement.Position and Experience:Tops and Trends is seekinga highly enthusiastic, outgoing and motivated Outside Sales Representative Apprenticefor our Triad, NC team.Successful candidates will feel comfortable handling route sales and customer service for our established automotive dealership customer base.Our representatives are not required to cold call.Successful candidates quote and schedule work as needed, provide product and installation support, monitor dealer inventory, make suggestive selling recommendations and maintain good relationships. Candidates should be organized and efficient, possess a solid work ethic, comfortable multi-tasking and have the ability to provide high level customer service and satisfaction.Outside Sales Representative Apprentice Responsibilities:Conduct an average of (10-14) route-based appointments daily in Triad and surrounding areasAbility to assess customer needs, provide quotes and schedule workLead product demonstrationWillingness to ask for the saleUtilize CRM software to plan and record customer activityHelp coordinate workflows between sales and productionSchedule inbound and outbound vehicle deliveriesPerform customer service functionsAbility to be hands on and work in a fast-paced environmentAssist with quality control and final inspectionsFor this position, experience in outside sales is not required, but preferred. Two, (2) plus years of prior B2C, people-to-people marketing, customer service, wait staff, server, bartender or other equivalent required.
