This role focuses on building long-term relationships, generating new business, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable communicating complex insurance concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and community engagement.Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable insurance products.Present and explain policy features, benefits, costs, and coverage options to prospective clients.Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a strong sales pipeline. QUALIFICATIONS:Active state insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain one.Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
