Ticket Operations CoordinatorThe Ticket Operations Coordinator will support the overall ticket operations function, assisting with event builds, ticket fulfillment, customer service, box office operations, and general day-to-day ticketing needs. This role works closely with the Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to help ensure seamless ticketing experience for fans and partners.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist with the creation and maintenance of events in the ticketing systemHelp fans onboard to new ticketing and loyalty platformsBuild and manage price codes, plans, promotions, qualifiers, and holdsMeet and exceed established annual sales goal as approved and agreed on by the AGM, Tickets and the General ManagerProcess season, group, hospitality, corporate partnership ticket ordersSupport the team with order entry, ticket fulfillment, payments, and mobile deliveryProvide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and via emailServe as a resource on game days for ticket resolution, and customer serviceExecute and help with Group Sales InitiativesMaintain seating manifests and coordinate inventory across all ticket typesHelp fulfill internal ticketing needs, including holds and ticket donation requestsParticipate in event-day box office operations and assist in overseeing part-time staffSupport any outside events as neededHelp execute all ticket support requestsOther duties as assignedQualificationsTicketing experience or familiarity with Tickets.com system preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAble to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
