SSO Clinical Project Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a SSO Clinical Project Manager (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $145,600 – $270,400 annuallyResponsibilities Support the development of study execution plans and timelines as part of SSO Drive the conduct of clinical studies, ensuring operational aspects remain on track Monitor recruitment targets and set up contingency plans for study recruitment Oversee data management activities to identify and mitigate data quality issues Ensure compliance with clinical data standards and conduct necessary training for CRAs Provide feedback on monitoring activity quality to enhance study execution Track study budget and ensure timely processing of invoicesQualifications Bachelor's degree in scientific or health discipline Fluent in written and spoken English Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and/or monitoring clinical trials Experience leading in a matrix environment across global studies Strong understanding of clinical drug development and study execution Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills Knowledge of international standards (GCP/ICH) and local regulationsBenefits Comprehensive health, life, and disability benefits 401(k) plan with company contribution and match Generous time-off package including vacation and personal days Eligibility for performance-based cash incentives and equity awards Remote work options availableOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
