The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have The Following Skills And Responsibilities:ROLE QUALIFICATIONS - All functions and responsibilities of HR, including:Departmental data-driven deliverablesDepartment process development, implementation and oversightOptimization of department systemsVendor ManagementRegulatory compliance and deadlinesBenefit Administration and Employee Program ManagementRisk AssessmentsWorkforce UtilizationEmployee Relations, Investigations, Disciplinary and Separation ManagementDocument Management, Oversight, and ImplementationHRIS oversight, Maintenance, and ComplianceEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEPrefer a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related field.Multi entity experience preferred.PHR or SHRM certification preferred.8+ years of relevant Human Resources leadership experience in a senior management role.Extensive knowledge of regulations, current practices, and applicable employment laws.Proven implementation of Human Resources systems, processes and strategies such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, ATS, etc.COMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS PORTFOLIO - In Your Role With Caring For Others, You’re Responsible For Upholding, Executing, And Supporting Our Mission.
