System Test Lead Columbus, OH, United StatesJob Description Serve as System Test lead for major applications; Define, plan, design and execute tests; Prepare and manage statistical and status reports for unit managers and higher-level managersResearch and review system design and technical documentation in order to develop detailed system test estimate, design and planning documentsDevelop and maintain: requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios and manual and automated test scriptsExecute manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of testsDevelop automated test scripts and executePrepare and manage system test dataDocument and communicate test status and results; Track, report and validate defects and work with the team on resolutionPrepare formal written test estimatesDeliver adhoc written and oral presentations related to system testingEffective communication with peers and managersAttend project/scrum meetings and debrief management and team members on meeting contentInteract with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations/Show & TellAbility to work in both agile and waterfall MethodologiesAbility to generate batch reports and communicate with the teamAbility to interact with Development team and Middleware team to resolve the batch issuesRequired Skills/Experience Minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related technical disciplineMinimum of four (4) years experience serving as a system test lead for a large complex JAVA application or CRM Solution like SalesforceMinimum of seven (7) years experience testing to include (test planning, test development (test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios), and test execution) for large, complex multi-platform applications.Minimum of six (6) years experience using HP/Microfocus Test Tools (i.e. ALM/ALM Octane, Load Runner, QTP/UFT-Unified Functional Testing) & Rational Performance Tester.Minimum of four (4) years experience using office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office and other tool sets.Minimum of seven (7) years experience using database query tools and writing SQL. (i.e. Toad, AQT, etc.)Minimum of 1 year experience in Agile Methodology/Testing.Minimum of 3 years experience analyzing and executing Mainframe and Control-M/EM batch processing jobsMinimum of 1 year experience in testing webservices using SOAP/REST or any related tool.Minimum of 1 year experience using GIT, Nexus, & Jenkins for Continuous TestingMinimum of 1 year experience in Mobile Testing (iOS, Android)Minimum of 1 year experience in Security TestingResearch & Innovation: Proof of ConceptsPreferred Skills Experience testing applications in Salesforce platform.Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work on multiple projects
