Adventist Health Portland's Northwest Heart Center seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our cardiovascular team, practicing in Tillamook, Oregon, with the support of our established Portland-based cardiac service line. While your clinical home will be in Tillamook, you will have direct access to Portland-based cardiologists, procedural teams, and system-wide infrastructure for consultation, referral coordination, and collaborative care.Position Details:Practicing Full-time, 36 patient contact hours per week at The Plaza, an outpatient clinic offering the balance of coastal lifestyle with tertiary-level cardiac backing.In addition to joining an expanding cardiovascular service line, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including:Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
