Today, Zip products can be found in thousands of residential homes and commercial offices around the world with the Zip HydroTap launching in the US in 2018.Role Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to service scheduling and service inquiries.Schedule service appointments in real time and confirm technician availability.Provide Level 1 customer support and route more complex issues to the appropriate team.Optimize daily schedules and assign efficient routes for Territory Service Managers (TSMs).Coordinate with the National Service Manager and field technicians to manage reschedules, cancellations, and same-day service opportunities.Verify warranty status (In Warranty / Zip Care) and determine appropriate dispatch channels.Refer third-party service needs to the Third-Party Manager or provide vendor contact information to customers when applicable.Maintain accurate records in the service system, including scheduling notes and customer interactions.Close completed work orders daily and confirm payment is received prior to closing.Own payment collection on past due work orders.Requirements2+ years of experience in service scheduling, dispatch, customer service, or a similar operations role.Experience supporting field technicians or service teams preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage scheduling changes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CRM or service management systems and Microsoft Office tools.PreferredExperience in appliance service, HVAC, water systems, or equipment service scheduling.Experience working with a national technician network or third-party service providers.Familiarity with warranty verification and service contract processes.Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position: Customer Focus Mindset, Strong Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Effective Time Management, and Team Collaboration.What we offer:A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities to lead and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact role.The chance to shape the future of hydration solutions with a global industry leader.Target Salary Range: $52,000- 65,000 year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
