A company is looking for a Market Engagement Associate to facilitate the conversion of inbound leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify prospects to align them with the appropriate product and sales resource
Book high-quality demos for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs and feedback on lead quality
Support marketing campaigns and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
Qualifications
1-3 years in a customer-facing or revenue-adjacent role (e.g., SDR/BDR, inbound sales)
Experience working in a CRM and at least one sales engagement or marketing automation tool
Strong organizational skills to prioritize a high volume of inbound leads
Data-aware mindset with a focus on performance metrics
Curiosity and empathy in engaging with prospects to determine fit
