This role blends administrative precision with client-facing exposure, supporting the full sales and relationship lifecycle from initial inquiry through onboarding and ongoing engagement.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in relationship-based B2C sales within a luxury environment. Acting as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and strategic partners, the Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate client data, managing communications, and supporting day-to-day sales operations with discretion and care. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales, gain exposure to UHNW client engagement, and grow within a category-defining global hospitality brand.Reports to: Director of Member EngagementLocation: PS HQ – Los Angeles, CASchedule: Full-time, 5 days/week, Hybrid (Mon & Fri WFH, Tues-Thur onsite at PS HQ)Responsibilities & Expectations Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Sales team, including scheduling, follow-up coordination, pipeline tracking, and preparation of client materialsMaintain rigorous accuracy within Salesforce, including real-time logging of client interactions, preferences, pipeline activity, and follow-ups with exceptional attention to detail and confidentialityOwn data integrity and CRM discipline, ensuring all client and prospect records are current, actionable, and reflective of the highest operational standardsPartner closely with the Sales and Membership teams to support UHNW clients throughout the full lifecycle of the relationship, including initial inquiry, enrollment, bespoke onboarding, and ongoing account supportServe as a key point of coordination for client interactions, ensuring a seamless, highly personalized experience aligned with luxury service standardsBuild and manage targeted prospect and client segments within Salesforce to support proactive outreach and relationship cultivationEducate, consult, and advise prospective and existing members on PS' curated services, amenities, and bespoke offerings, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs and expectationsHost and support virtual presentations, private briefings, and educational meetings with strategic partners and prospectsCorrespond with UHNW members, advisors, and partners via phone and email in a polished, professional, and discreet mannerProvide guided, in-person tours of PS, articulating the brand’s value proposition, service philosophy, and experiential offerings with confidence and sophisticationAttend select prospecting and networking events to cultivate relationships and support conversion effortsSupport sales initiatives and special projects as the business expands into new marketsRequirements / Qualification2 years + experience in UHNWI B2C salesExperience working around confidential and sensitive informationSalesforce pipeline management experienceBachelors Degree in relevant field desired.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with UHNW clienteleHighly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership over administrative execution and follow-throughStrong operational discipline with commitment to data accuracy, CRM hygiene, and process consistencyAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision in a fast-paced, high-touch environmentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, paired with sound judgment and discretionProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive tasks to completion independentlyComfortable balancing client-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes operational executionAdaptable and flexible as priorities evolve and new markets developWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as neededFull Time Employee BenefitsEmployee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability401K retirement plan with company matchingHealth and Dependent care FSA and HSA with company matchingMerit-based raises and bonusesUnlimited PTOMonthly health & wellness and cell phone reimbursement.Paid trainingParental benefits 100% paid up to 6 weeks.Friends & Family Discounted PS Use.Tuition Reimbursement.A great career path with promotion opportunities This is a full-time Exempt role.
