The platform is built for contractors in industries including HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, solar, and generators, and integrates with leading field service platforms such as ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro.ServiceCall is backed by Exuma Capital Partners and is focused on modernizing how contractors qualify, prioritize, and convert leads.Position OverviewServiceCall is seeking a driven and experienced Software Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales organization during a high-growth phase.This individual will oversee both the Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive (AE) teams, helping drive pipeline generation, sales execution, coaching, forecasting, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands SaaS sales processes, thrives in startup environments, and has experience building accountability and performance within inside sales teams.This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role at a rapidly growing technology company transforming the home service industry.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the BDR and AE teams to achieve pipeline and revenue goalsDevelop outbound sales strategies and improve lead conversion processesCoach sales reps on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, demos, and closingMonitor KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline creation, close rates, and ARR growthConduct weekly pipeline reviews, sales trainings, and performance coaching sessionsCollaborate with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy and sales forecastingHelp recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talentWork closely with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performanceOptimize CRM workflows and sales processes to improve efficiency and reportingMaintain a strong understanding of the home services and SaaS technology landscapeQualifications3+ years of SaaS sales leadership or sales management experienceExperience managing BDR/SDR and AE teamsStrong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and pipeline managementProven ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales performanceExperience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or SalesforceExcellent leadership, communication, and coaching skillsStartup or high-growth company experience preferredExperience selling to home service businesses is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance bonuses/commissionStrong growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding SaaS companyHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesCollaborative startup culture with executive visibilityLocation
