Overview
As Project/Program Manager at Integer, you will lead end-to-end engineering initiatives in a regulated setting, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure adherence to governance, process, and regulatory requirements. ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end projects with varied complexity, tracked in Oracle ERPForecast resources and maintain budget for NRE and sample/prototype salesEnsure adherence to customer agreements, milestones, and revenue recognitionManage project scope, risks, and changes per quotes/agreementsGuide cross-functional teams from inception to handoff to operationsDevelop master project plans with KPIs and governance milestonesProvide status reports to management, customers, and suppliersIdentify process improvements for PMO tools and best practicesCoordinate with marketing, quality, regulatory, design assurance, and manufacturingMentor team members and oversee 2–3 direct reports (engineering/tech staff)Support business development by evaluating opportunities and customer/site visitsPromote adherence to PDP, MTP, and TDP systems as applicablePrepare for and participate in status meetings and escalation channelsPerform other duties as required
Key requirements7+ years of experience, including at least 4 in a regulated environment (medical devices/pharma/automotive/aerospace)3+ years in a project management capacity leading multiple projects/teamsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s welcomeCertification in Project/Program Management preferredStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsStrong leadership and team coachingExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesStrategic thinking with problem-solving skillsKnowledge of FDA, ISO, MDD and related quality/regulatory systemsUnderstanding of product and process development engineering principlesExperience with manufacturing processes for medical components and devices
