Legal Executive Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) / Paralegal Practice AssistantWe’re partnering with a high-end global law firm and a small- to mid-sized boutique law firm, both of which are looking to hire Legal Executive Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) | Paralegal / Practice Assistant support staff to assist Associate Attorneys, Partners, and a few high-level Managing Partners in the following areas:CorporateLitigationReal EstateEntertainmentTrust & EstatesCivil, Labor & EmploymentWe are open to candidates at all levels and will consider those with anywhere from 1–2 years of law firm experience up to 30 years of experience. It’s about the right match and area of support.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Executive & Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary):General legal administrative support, including calendaring, scheduling, and travel coordinationDrafting, editing, and formatting documents, correspondence, and memoranda (training available)Billing support and expense reportingManaging client communicationsActing as a gatekeeper for attorneysSupporting administrative projectsCoordinating meals, meetings, and event logisticsAssisting with court and trial preparation (training will be provided)Practice Assistant / Paralegal:Assist with research, case management, and client correspondencePrepare, draft, and file documents while ensuring compliance with deadlinesMaintain and organize case files, client records, and document management systemsCoordinate attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and track critical deadlinesAssist with matters, transactional duties, due diligence, and moreCommunicate professionally with clients and staffSupport billing, time entry, document production, and other administrative functions to ensure efficient practice operationsThese firms offer fast career growth, competitive compensation, and exceptional benefits in a collaborative and professional environment.
