Embedded-C/C++ DeveloperLocation: Pittsburgh, PA USA (Local Only)Duration: 12+ MonthsJob Description:Job Summary:To be a software developer and a part of a team that develops safety-critical software for Rail Control Solutions.The software developed must be of good quality and meet the stringent requirements as set by EN50128 SIL levels and MISRA C Coding Standards.Basic Qualifications & Requirements:B.Tech/BE or ME/M.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Science with 3-6 years of hands on experience in Embedded software developmentDomain: Rail Control or Signaling Solutions (Onboard/Wayside) /Communication & Navigation System / Cockpit Displays & Graphics / Electrical Power SystemGood Programming Experience in C/C++Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.Knowledge of DO178B or EN 50128:2011 / EN 50657 is an added advantageThe desired skills set & experience includes:Good programming experience in C/C++Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile methodologiesExpertise in Embedded Software DevelopmentKnowledge of ETCS/ERTMS is an added advantageResponsibilities:Primarily responsible for developing software code with good quality and deliver the code in time.
