Immediate need for an Infectious Disease physician to join both inpatient and outpatient practice in Louisiana. The ideal candidate must be licensed in the state of Louisiana and board-certifiedin Internal Medicine or Family Practice. BLS certification and Infectious Disease fellowship or AAHIV certification are required. 2 + yrs experience is required. Experience in population health management and experience in working with psycho-socially and medically complex patient populations are also required.
