The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing patient care within an LTAC environment, ensuring high standards of care and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an LTAC setting. Monitor and manage patient health and provide necessary interventions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for. Active Ohio nursing license required at the time of submission.
