Take accurate and copious notes, measurements, and pictures. Send out accurate Invitations to Bid to subcontractors and suppliers with concise informationSend out any project changes or addendums during the bidding process to assure final pricing from subcontractors or suppliersQualifications:Detailed orientedSelf-Motivated and Results DrivenComputer SavvySchedule OrientedDeadline FocusedBurning with Desire to SucceedTeam PlayerSearching for a Place to GrowExperience with Plan Swift, Building Connected, or any other estimating take off software is desired.We are a growing high-end, customer focused Orlando General Contracting firm looking for an experienced estimator for commercial construction projects in the Orlando area. Must be able to perform accurate take offs, communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and owners as well. Knowledge of Industry pricing is a MUST! Must have own reliable transportation.
