The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractor relationships, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The Project Manager will also collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Project Management and Project Management methodologiesExperience with Project Coordination and overseeing complex schedulesStrong skills in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projectsExpertise in Construction Management and knowledge of safety and quality standardsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in commercial construction is highly preferred
