We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing/Customer Service Lead . Position Summary: The Marketing/Customer Service Lead will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts and fostering stronger customer relationships. This role is crucial in ensuring that our marketing strategies not only increase brand visibility but also further stronger customer engagement. In addition to overseeing marketing initiatives, the candidate will play a key role in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and excel in balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles. Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and engagement. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media strategy, and promotional materials. Oversee customer engagement efforts by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively building positive client relationships. Develop and present marketing performance reports to management, highlighting campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement. Manage customer interactions across various platforms, ensuring timely, accurate responses and enhancing customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to align customer service initiatives with marketing strategies and improve the overall customer experience. Create regular reports on customer service and marketing performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
