Marketing Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Services Coordinator (1099 Contractor) to execute and manage structured marketing efforts that increase referrals, strengthen brand visibility, and support sustainable growth. This is a hands-on execution role, not just a strategy or posting role.Position OverviewThe Marketing Services Coordinator will provide ongoing marketing services under a deliverable-based contract. This role requires independent execution, strong organization, and consistent reporting. You will be responsible for outreach, content creation, digital visibility, and marketing documentation — with clear expectations and measurable outputs.Core Responsibilities & Monthly DeliverablesReferral & Community OutreachComplete 20 documented outreach contacts per month with:Physicians (Primary Care, OB-GYNs, Pediatricians)Schools and school-based professionalsChurches and community organizationsNonprofits and agenciesConduct at least 4 in-person outreach visits per month (local candidates preferred)Maintain an organized outreach trackerSubmit a monthly outreach summary reportSocial Media & Digital ContentCreate original graphics (Canva or similar)Maintain a rolling 30-day content calendarTrack posting activity and engagementWrite and publish 4 SEO-optimized blog posts per monthConduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimizationAudit at least one existing website page per month for SEO improvementsSubmit a monthly content & SEO reportDesign at least 4 marketing assets per month, such as:Digital flyersReferral one-pagersProgram or event promotionsService brochuresSubmit all materials in editable formatOrganize and label assets in shared foldersDigital Presence & Advertising OversightReview and update Google Business Profile monthlyMonitor website content accuracyFlag outdated or incorrect listingsMonitor approved Google and social media ad campaigns (Ad spend is paid directly by Elevation)Email MarketingDraft and distribute 2 email campaigns per monthManage and segment email listsEnsure CAN-SPAM compliance and data confidentialityProvide monthly email marketing metrics and insightsReporting & DocumentationMaintain organized marketing records and trackersSubmit monthly marketing progress reportsParticipate in a 30-minute weekly check-in meeting to review progress and prioritiesRequired QualificationsProven experience providing marketing services as an independent contractor or consultantExperience with community outreach or referral-based marketingStrong writing skills (blogs, email campaigns, professional outreach)Experience with SEO fundamentals and content optimizationProficiency with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and email platformsExcellent organization, follow-through, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and meet monthly deliverables without daily supervisionPreferred QualificationsHealthcare or mental health marketing experienceFamiliarity with HIPAA-aware marketing practicesKnowledge of community-based or Medicaid-serving organizationslocal familiarity with the Chicagoland / South Suburbs areaThis is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 roleContractor controls work methods and scheduleDeliverables, documentation, and reporting are requiredAll work product created becomes the property of ElevationWhy This Role Is DifferentThis position is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys execution and structure and wants clear expectations and measurable impact.J-18808-Ljbffr
