RN Night Shift – Job Summary Schedule: Night shift, 3×12-hour shifts Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering and coordinating quality patient care, following individualized nursing care plans, and supervising LPNs, CNAs, and orientees. Care Responsibilities: Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and rehabilitation programs Provide patient and family education, initiate discharge planning at admission, and ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate status changes to physicians and nursing leadership Leadership & Teamwork: Delegate and supervise ancillary staff, provide guidance, training, and calm leadership Contribute to a positive, safe, and efficient unit environment Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed after orientation Safety & Compliance: Strong focus on patient and employee safety, adherence to hospital policies, and Select Medical core values Professional Development: Pursues ongoing education and professional growth Requirements: BLS required prior to first shift ACLS required (CIRH only) Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience Contract: 13 weeks, guaranteed hours 36 Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract Pay: $24.00 - $58.61 per hour Expected hours: No less than 36 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
