Business & Experience ArchitecturePartner with business stakeholders to define customer experience strategies and transformation roadmaps Design end-to-end experience architecture across marketing, content, data, and journey orchestration Align Adobe solutions with business KPIs (conversion, engagement, retention, ROI) 2. Adobe Ecosystem LeadershipArchitect and integrate solutions across: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – Real-time customer data platform Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Content and digital asset management Adobe Workfront – Workflow and marketing operations Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO / AJO-D) – Real-time journey orchestration Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) – Cross-channel analytics and insights Define data flows, schemas, identity resolution strategies, and governance models Ensure optimal use of real-time profiles, segmentation, and activation 3. Frontend & Experience DeliveryGuide frontend architecture using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) Ensure seamless integration between frontend layers and AEM/AEP Drive best practices in performance, personalization, and UX consistency 4. Agentic AI IntegrationDesign and implement Agentic AI-driven workflows for: Autonomous campaign optimization Intelligent content generation & personalization Predictive customer journey orchestration Integrate AI agents with Adobe ecosystem for decisioning and automation Establish governance frameworks for AI transparency, accuracy, and ethics 5. Data & Insights StrategyArchitect unified data models enabling 360° customer view Leverage CJA and AEP for real-time and historical insights Enable closed-loop measurement systems across marketing and experience delivery 6. Stakeholder & Program LeadershipAct as a bridge between business, marketing, data, and engineering teams Lead solution design workshops and executive presentations Mentor teams and define architecture standards and best practices
