Extensive knowledge of various marketing cloud and campaign platformsStrong understanding of databases data models and data management conceptsProficiency in ETL processes and data integrationsExperience with real time 11 personalization strategies and transactional use cases across multiple customer touchpointsProduct knowledge of customer acquisition and omnichannel engagement strategiesExcellent problem solving analytical skills and Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross functional teamsAbility to lead and mentor technical teams and ability to estimate effort for projects and define teams with appropriate skills to deliver the projectsMandatory Skills: Adobe AEM
