Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in AnesthesiologyValid PA medical licenseACLS and PALS certificationsMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferredProficiency in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniquesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsNice to Have Skills: Experience in trauma, neuro & spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, or robotics anesthesiaFamiliarity with Epic EMR systemAbility to adapt to fluctuating daily assignment schedulesPreferred Education and Experience: Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency programPrior experience in a high-volume, Level I Trauma hospital settingOther Requirements: PA state licensureAbility to start as soon as credentialing is complete (approximately 90 days; expedited options available with leadership approval)Willingness to work scheduled shifts (generally 4-5 days per week, 10-hour shifts)Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Rate: $369.53Competitive pay packages with weekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick leave in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable24/7 dedicated support team committed to your successEmbark on a rewarding career journey where your skills make a meaningful impact.
