This opportunity offers a chance to work with a wide range of case types, from trauma to complex surgeries, in a reputable facility committed to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Provide anesthesia care for patients of all ages across various surgical and procedural areas, including Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, OB/GYN, Peds, and more.Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons and specialty clinicians to ensure patient safety and comfort.Utilize advanced techniques such as GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US-guided procedures.Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR system.Maintain preparedness for diverse anesthesia scenarios and emergency situations.Required Skills:Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist.Valid Pennsylvania medical license.Current ACLS and PALS certifications.At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.Proficiency in multiple anesthesia techniques and modalities.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Nice to Have Skills:Experience in Level I Trauma or high-acuity settings.Exposure to neuro, cardiac, or pediatric anesthesia.Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules and complex caseloads.Familiarity with Epic EMR and advanced airway management.Preferred Education and Experience:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.Completion of accredited anesthesiology residency program.Prior experience working within hospital-based anesthesia teams.Other Requirements:PA state medical license.Willingness to work 4-5 days of 10-hour shifts per week, with schedule variations.Credentialing completed within approximately 90 days; expedited credentialing possible with leadership approval.No DEA required.Travel and related reimbursements provided when applicable.This is a remarkable opportunity for experienced anesthesiologists seeking a rewarding position in a high-volume, diverse hospital setting.
