Job Title: Commercial Escrow OfficerLocation: Chesterfield, INCompensation: $80,000 + Commission Position OverviewThe Commercial Escrow Officer will oversee and manage all aspects of the commercial escrow process from initiation through closing. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of commercial escrow transactions from opening to closingReview and process all closing documents to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams throughout the closing processIdentify and resolve title issues in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions and communicationsEnsure adherence to all title and escrow procedures, policies, and regulatory requirementsDeliver a high level of customer service and build strong client relationshipsCommunicate clearly and effectively with all parties involved in the transactionQualifications & Requirements2–4+ years of experience in commercial escrow or title servicesDirect experience handling commercial escrow transactionsStrong knowledge of title and escrow processesHigh School Diploma or GED requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ResWare preferredMust be eligible to obtain state title licensingMust be eligible to obtain notary commissionCore CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve complex issuesAbility to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environmentClient-focused approach with a high level of professionalismCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: ~$80,000 + commission per closingHealthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage)401(k) with company participationPaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysLife insurance and AD&DPaid medical and parental leaveOptional supplemental benefits (disability, critical illness, etc.) MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
