Engineering Software Consultant

Hybrid (2 Days/week in office)About the Job:Duration:11 month Contract Location: Atlanta, GAPay rate: HourlyJob ID: 749882Responsibilities: Assist Department personnel in the implementation of new engineering software Serve as one of the Administrators for the Department’s Engineering Document Management system (Bentley ProjectWise)Support the Department’s electronic file exchange tool (Bentley ProjectWise Deliverables Management) for internal and external staffProvide day to day user supportAssist in maintaining the Department’s Engineering Software standards and documentationDevelop/conduct engineering software user training sessions Document/revise existing and new business processes to meet new/revised engineering software requirements Develop engineering software best practices Investigate new and emerging engineering technology and make recommendations to Department personnel and management for implementation. Qualifications:Excellent organizational and planning skills - RequiredExperience using/supporting document management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise - Preferred (2 years)Competent in the use of MS Office suite - Required (5 years)Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions - Preferred (2 years)Experience providing customer support - Preferred (2 years)Experience in developing technical documentation - Required (2 years)Experience working in an Architectural or Engineering environment - Required (5 years)Familiarity with ServiceNOW - Nice to haveAbout Our CompanyDataSoft Technologies is a highly recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US.
