A company is looking for an HTG Administrator.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork with HTG Manager and Coordinator to set up, test, and update union contracts in the Hours to Gross Engine (HTG)
Perform data entry of contract scale rates and minimum wage tables in the HTG system, ensuring accuracy
Anticipate the needs of the HTG team regarding contract setup, testing, and administrative supportRequired Qualifications1+ years of experience in payroll and data entry
Experience with entertainment union payroll is a plus
Detail-oriented and inquisitive nature
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Effective time management skills
