This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative, financial coordination, and Excel skills who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.The position is primarily remote but requires candidates to be based in the Seattle, WA area for periodic onsite meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, and process documentation for utility and municipal permit applicationsSubmit permit applications and track progress through completionProcess utility invoices, application fees, and contractor paymentsCreate and manage purchase orders and process vendor invoicesCoordinate ACH payments, check requests, and financial transactionsMaintain accurate project records, files, and tracking systemsMonitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlinesCommunicate with internal teams, municipalities, and utility agenciesPrepare reports and provide updates on project status and variancesSupport meeting coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasksConduct internet research for permitting requirements and utility applicationsFollow up with municipalities and utilities on application statusesRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar roleStrong Microsoft Excel skills (mid to advanced level)Experience processing purchase orders and vendor invoicesExperience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with government agencies, utilities, or permitting processesFamiliarity with telecommunications or infrastructure projectsAssociate degree or equivalent work experienceSkills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handlingAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong problem-solving and customer service mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
