Accounts Payable Specialist

The Finance Associate is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, including processing vendor invoices, executing weekly payments (ACH, wire, checks), maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities. The role involves working closely with a China-based Financial Shared Service Center to review and guide daily AP operations, as well as handling tasks such as credit card reconciliations, purchase order processing, tax compliance (including 1099s), audit support, and resolving vendor issues. This position requires strong attention to detail, experience with accounting systems like Microsoft Business Central or QuickBooks, solid Excel skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while collaborating cross-functionally.
