It’s time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Precision Press, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team in North Mankato, MN!In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of distributor accounts within our print and promotional solutions business. This role is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on uncovering opportunities, delivering value-based solutions, and driving consistent, profitable growth. You will play a key role in expanding existing partnerships, introducing new products and programs, and positioning our team as a trusted partner in the category.Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your ResponsibilitiesGrow and retain a portfolio of distributor accounts through consistent communication and relationship buildingIdentify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, including new product offerings and print-on-demand (POD) programsProspect and develop new business opportunities within targeted marketsDeliver accurate quoting, high-quality virtuals, and timely follow-up to create a seamless customer experienceLead value-based selling conversations, reinforcing product quality and maintaining pricing disciplineProactively educate customers on product capabilities, trends, and best practicesUse CRM tools (including HubSpot Sales Hub) to manage pipeline, track activity, and uncover growth opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfactionContribute to team revenue goals, including year-over-year growth targetsYou Must Have2+ years of sales or account management experience (B2B preferred)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in quoting and order managementComfort with CRM systems and sales toolsSelf-motivated with a proactive, growth-oriented mindsetWe Would Also PreferExperience in promotional products, print, or manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with distributor-based sales modelsExperience with CRM platforms such as HubSpotProven ability to grow existing accounts and identify new revenue streamsExperience introducing new products or programs to customersStrong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex customer needsThe anticipated annual salary for this position is $53,000 plus the ability to earn commission. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
