As an Onsite Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, employee engagement, and client satisfaction, all while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. *Duties* * Oversee daily onsite activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards * Lead, motivate, and develop onsite teams through effective talent management, training & development initiatives, and performance evaluations * Coordinate recruiting efforts including full cycle recruiting, campus recruitment, and high volume recruitment to attract top talent * Conduct interviews, candidate sourcing, and HR sourcing activities to fill staffing needs efficiently * Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a positive work environment * Utilize talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing for employee data management and reporting * Implement social media marketing strategies for recruitment to enhance employer branding and lead generation efforts * Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and HR legal regulations * Maintain strong relationship management with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders through effective communication skills * Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to streamline recruiting processes and track candidate progress * Support onboarding processes including employee orientation and training sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated * Conduct employee evaluations and support succession planning initiatives to promote internal growth opportunities *Experience* * Proven experience in high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting roles * Strong background in HR sourcing, full cycle recruiting, and external recruiting strategies * Familiarity with HR systems such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing for managing employee data and recruitment workflows * Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and social media marketing (recruitment) techniques * Knowledge of employment law relevant to talent acquisition and human resources practices * Experience with HR legal compliance standards and employee relations management * Skilled in research techniques for candidate sourcing and lead generation activities * Prior experience utilizing talent management software like ATS platforms for tracking recruitment metrics * Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct interviews effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Join us as a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor if you’re ready to lead with energy, foster talent growth, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact on our organization’s success!
