Social ImpactAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Chief Community Impact Officer (CCIO) to join its executive leadership team. The CCIO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in community impact initiatives, with a focus on strengthening food access, deepening community partnerships, and advancing innovative strategies to address both the immediate needs and systemic causes of hunger. This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of programs, including benefits outreach, community health initiatives, and data-driven community insight efforts. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization's evolution toward a food-as-health public health model and will ensure that community voices, particularly those with lived experience of food insecurity, are integral to program design and delivery.Candidates for the CCIO position should have a minimum of 8-10 years' of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit program management, community development, public health, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant area is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role demands a proven track record in designing and implementing impactful community programs, building strategic partnerships, and a strong understanding of community-based service delivery, food security, and public health. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills, as well as a passion for social justice, equity, and community-centered work. Experience in policy advocacy, community organizing, or government relations is also preferred, and a background in food banking or hunger relief is a plus.Hiring Manager Title
